Mobility:
15min Trainer led mobility to lower back. Start with roller down the middle and then adjust to each side then adjust as needed with the following.

8sets for max time of (3 strongside, 5weakside
GHD superman hold/top of hip extension w/ single arm extension. So instead of normal superman with both arms, go one arm down or at side and other in normal position. After first set you should know which side is your weakside.
WOD:
Back on the grind
Perform 16min of alternating Tabata
-Double Dip Lunges (lunge, up, back down, other leg lunge, ….)
-Ring PullUps (as many rds as possible strict then start kipping)
Focus on using correct muscle groups during lunge!
Trainer led cooldown&stretch
